Usman Garuba, Real Madrid Agree To Three-Year Deal

After three seasons in the NBA, Usman Garuba is returning to Spain. Garuba has reached an agreement to rejoin Real Madrid for the next three seasons.

Garuba spent last season with the Golden State Warriors. The third-year forward was signed to a two-way deal, before being signed to a standard contract before the end of the season. This followed Garuba playing for the Houston Rockets for the first two years of his NBA career.

This three-year deal sees the 6-foot-8 forward return to Real Madrid, for whom Garuba played from 2017 to 2021. It's unknown if the deal includes any NBA outs, should Garuba want to come back over to the United States.
