Babacar Sane, Jazz Sign Training Camp Deal
The Utah Jazz have signed forward Babacar Sane to a non-guaranteed training camp contract. Sane will compete for a standard or two-way roster spot with the Jazz during the preseason.
Sane went undrafted at the 2024 NBA Draft after playing for the G League Ignite the last two seasons. The 20-year-old forward averaged 10.5 points and 5.7 rebounds while playing for the Ignite last year.
Sane came to the Ignite via the NBA Academy Africa program. The 6-foot-7 forward is from Senegal and is a member of the Senegalese national team.
