Doc Rivers will give his All-Star Game share and ring to Adrian Griffin should he coach the Eastern Conference, he told Marc Stein of The Stein Line.

The Bucks are in second place in the East, currently trailing the Celtics.

However, due to the Riley Rule, Joe Mazzulla is ineligible to coach the East this year.
