Nets Convert Kessler Edwards To Standard Contract

The Brooklyn Nets have converted Kessler Edwards to a standard NBA contract. Edwards had been on a Two-Way deal with Brooklyn for the entire season.

Despite being a Two-Way player, Edwards developed into a key rotation player for the Nets this season. Due to multiple injuries and absences for other players, Edwards appeared in 47 NBA games with 22 starts.

Edwards averaged 5.8 points and 3.6 rebounds per game in his rookie season out of Pepperdine. He shot 35.6% on three-pointers for the Nets.
