Look, we all know that my band already wrote the best song about Hawkeye ever. But this new diegetic Broadway musical about Captain America from the new Hawkeye TV show is … well, "perfectly awful," might be the best way to put it. There's a small part of me that wishes they had taken this completely seriously with a Hamilton-style performance, but the way the whole scene unfolds in the show makes it well worth the corniness.
