Movie Fans Are Loving This Video Of Keanu Reeves Helping Out The ‘John Wick 4’ Production Crew

Keanu Reeves is awesome, don’t get me wrong. He’s easily one of the most likeable people in Hollywood, and by some distance. But videos like this, in my opinion, speak more to our low expectations for celebrities than it does the quality of Reeves’ character.
Take this latest viral video, for example, which shows Keanu helping the John Wick 4 production team move some cumbersome equipment. Is the gesture actually that remarkable? Of course not — it’s just a dude movie some inanimate objects from Point A to Point B. But because we have such a low opinion of actors and their ability to remain grounded, the mere sight of seeing one doing something for the group — a group made up of people lower on the totem pole than him — registers as a remarkable feat of kindness.
This isn’t the only recent example of Reeves’ closeness with the John Wick crew, as it was revealed last week that he gifted Rolexes to the entire stunt team.

At this time, the still-untitled fourth film in the John Wick franchise is scheduled to hit theaters on May 27, 2022. John Wick 5 is also in the works and will likely begin filming in 2022, although a production-start date has not been confirmed. There’s also the prequel series The Continental in the works at Starz and reports of Ana de Armas starring in a spinoff titled Ballerina.
