Rockets Waive Khyri Thomas

The Houston Rockets have waived Khyri Thomas in order to accommodate a trade with the Brooklyn Nets.

Thomas was the 38th overall pick in the 2018 NBA draft out of Creighton.

Thomas played for the Austin Spurs last season and then joined the Rockets on a 10-day contract. Before the end of the regular season, the Rockets signed Thomas to a multi-year deal.
