76ers Sign/Waive Jared Brownridge, Braxton Key
In a set of transactions designed to acquire their Affiliate Player rights for the G League, the Philadelphia 76ers have signed and waived Jared Brownridge and Braxton Key. Both players are expected to join the Sixers G League affiliate, the Delaware Blue Coats.
Brownridge has spent the past three full seasons with Delaware, after playing part of the 2017-18 with the Blue Coats. In 108 appearances in the G League, Brownridge has averaged 15 points on 39.5% shooting from behind the arc.
Key played with the Blue Coats in the 2021 G League bubble. He averaged 4.3 points in 12 games.
