This rapper underwent surgery to replace his hair with gold chains

Another week, another rapper doing the most. This time, Mexican rap and reggaeton artist Dan Sur has surgically implanted chains into his scalp, which – according to him – marks “the first rapper to have gold hair implanted in human history”. 

Sharing his intentions to appear “straight out of a jewellery store”, the rapper’s new look features chin-length gold chains in different weights and various diamond-encrusted strands. Veryhellip;
