Taylor Swift Releases ‘You All Over Me (From the Vault)’: Stream It Now

Taylor Swift has her fans all over her new song “You All Over Me,” which dropped on Friday (March 26).
The gentle acoustic country track, which was written back in 2008 during the sessions for Swift’s Fearless album, is the first of her “From the Vault” series of songs she plans to release along with her six re-recorded albums following the acquisition of her master recordings by Scooter Braun.
“One thing I’ve been loving about these From The Vault songs is that they’ve never been heard, so I can experiment, play, and even include some of my favorite artists,” Swift wrote on her socials when she first announced the song on Wednesday.
“You All Over Me” includes backing vocals from Maren Morris and was produced by her Folklore/Evermore collaborator The National’s Aaron Dessner and co-written by Scooter Carusoe. Swift teased the swaying ballad on Thursday’s Good Morning America. “God knows, too long and wasted time/ Lost tears, swore that I’d get out of here/ But no amount of freedom gets you clean/ I’ve still got you all over me,” she croons.
“You All Over Me (From the Vault)” will be included on the re-recorded version of her sophomore album and first Billboard 200 No. 1 Fearless, which will be released April 9. The new song is just one of “6 never-before-released songs from the vault” on Fearless (Taylor’s Version).
