So it comes as little surprise that he and his wife, film producer Nancy Juvonen, have been living in a 4,950 square-foot penthouse in New York City.
The multilevel apartment, located in Manhattan’s Gramercy Park, just a couple of miles from where The Tonight Show films at Rockefeller Center, is decorated pretty much how one would expect Jimmy Fallon to decorate a home.
Whimsical is the word that I keep seeing used to describe Fallon’s home, and I guess that is certainly one way to describe it.
The penthouse, which Fallon is selling for $15 million, comes with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a plethora of other unique features according to the home’s listing on Realtor.com.
A remarkable, no-stone-unturned renovation has combined four different apartments over three floors to create a home like no other in New York City. Celebrating the bones and architecture of the famed 34 Gramercy Park East, while transforming the space into a singularly enhancing home, this jewel box is perched atop the southwest corner of the historic landmark.
