Justin Bieber is getting some playful pushback from his mom about his latest neck tattoo.

The 27-year-old pop star took to social media on Saturday (March 27) to show off his latest ink, which commemorates the release of his sixth album, Justice. In a pair of Instagram photos, Bieber revealed that his latest Dr. Woo-designed tat is a small peach on the left side of his neck, a nod to his new silky-smooth summertime jam “Peaches,” featuring Giveon and Daniel Caesar.

But while the singer received praise in the comments by fellow body art lover Dwayne Johnson, there was one important person who appeared skeptical about his new fruit-inspired addition: Bieber’s mother, Pattie Mallette.

“Don’t you have enough yet?” Mallette questioned, adding a weary-face emoji.

This isn’t the first time Bieber’s mom has seemingly disapproved of a neck tattoo on her son. In September 2020, Mallette shared a similar sentiment after the crooner showed off a large long-stemmed rose on the right side of his neck.

“Why,” she commented with a crying-face emoji on his IG post.

Last week, Bieber appeared on SiriusXM Hits 1, where he teased the possibility of getting a new tattoo in honor of his favorite Justice track. “Maybe I’ll get like a small peach on my body somewhere,” he replied with a smile, referencing the song.

During the interview, Bieber also revealed the one delicate spot on his body that will likely remain tattoo-free.

“I promised myself, like, I didn’t want to get tattoos on my hands. And so I don’t think I’m gonna get tattoos on my hands,” the singer explained. “Something about just being able to wear a suit and not having tattoos on my hands, I don’t know.”
