It was only a matter of time until something R rated made its way to the NFL’s Nickelodeon broadcast meant for kids.

Before halftime of the Bears-Saints game, Chicago special teams player Cordarrelle Patterson dropped an F-bomb and blurted out “what the fuck” while arguing with the refs.

The announcers tried to awkwardly play things off by explaining why Patterson was angry.

Fans had some jokes about the awkward F-bomb on Nickelodeon.
