NBA Details Guidelines For Allowing Fans To Attend Games During Pandemic

The NBA has sent a memo to all 30 teams detailing their guidelines for how to host fans in eligible markets.

Fans sitting within 30 feet of the court must register a negative COVID-19 test two days prior to the game or a rapid test on the day of the game.

For arena suites at 25 percent capacity or less, testing would not be required for fans.

If all fans were tested or if the local county's positive rate is three percent or below and a seven-day average of new cases per 100k residents is 10 or fewer, then teams could operate at 50 percent capacity.
