Nicki Minaj Wants Her & Drake’s Kids to Have Playdates and the Rapper Is All For it

Break out the playpen, because it looks like Nicki Minaj and Drake are ready for their kids to become besties!
On Friday (Oct. 16), Minaj name-dropped her pal’s three-year-old son in the lyrics of her “Whole Lotta Choppas” remix with Sada Baby, rapping, “To be honest, I hope one day we do a playdate with Adonis.”
Drake himself quickly caught wind of the guest verse, and took to his Instagram Stories to confirm that the get-together could be arranged any day. “Play dates soon come,” the rapper wrote with a white heart emoji, tagging Minaj’s handle and sharing a screenshot of the track.
While she gave birth at the end of September, Minaj finally confirmed the sex of her newborn earlier this week. In a thoughtful Instagram post, the star thanked the likes of Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, fashion designer Riccardo Tisci and model Winnie Harlow for sending their well-wishes in the wake of her son’s arrival. (Minaj has yet to reveal the baby’s name or any other details surrounding the birth.)
Meanwhile, Drake’s son was born in Oct. 2017 to Sophie Brussaux after the rapper was first spotted with the French painter at a Japanese restaurant in Amsterdam the previous January. The superstar eventually confirmed he’d fathered the now-three-year-old via Scorpion track “Emotionless” in June 2018, and shared his first photo with the toddler this past March in a touching Instagram post.
