Like Other Sacrificial Death Cults, Trump’s Herd Immunity Strategy Is About To Sacrifice Americans DMT.NEWS

One of the most notorious cases of religious sacrifice was explored by Jon Krakauer in “Under the Banner of Heaven.” In 1984, Ron and his younger brother Dan were charged for the throat-slashing homicides of their sister-in-law Brenda Lafferty and her 18-month old daughter, Erica. The Lafferty brothers were converts to the fundamentalist branch of the Mormon church. Krakauer found the boys’ father had planted the seeds of paranoia, rebellion, fanaticism and religious apocalypticism in them at an early age, teaching them to distrust science and all government institutions. He also took his religious beliefs to the extreme, demanding absolute loyalty and obedience, physically punishing the boys for the slightest infraction.

The Lafferty brothers learned an extreme form of apocalyptic and authoritarian Christianity, the kind of resentment towards outsiders and anti-government rhetoric that would lead them to their crimes.

Dan, the leader of the two, was eventually excommunicated from the Mormon church when he started to believe he and his brother were prophets and heads of the true church. When Dan’s wife divorced him, they transcribed the fateful revelation that became known as “the removal revelation,” telling their small group of followers that God had sent them on a mission to destroy their enemies and those who had left the group. After much soul searching, they killed Dan’s wife and attempted to kill other members who had left the cult. (1)

Sacrificial Herd Immunity

As the Trump Administration continues to ignore science and the pleas from its own health experts and embraces “herd immunity," which scientists condemned as fringe and dangerous, it is easy to see similarities with the Lafferty brothers. Indeed, models designed by experts at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHM) forecasts that the US coronavirus death toll will soar from around 220,000 at present to nearly 400,000 fatalities by February 1.

“We expect deaths to stop declining and begin increasing in the next one to two weeks. Daily deaths will reach over 2,000 a day in January even with many state reimposing mandates before the end of the year,” said the IHM and Evaluation. (2)

Trump’s sacrificial death cult is based on the “Great Barrington Declaration”-which proponents claim was signed by thousands of fake doctors and scientists. The declaration puts forth views that have been denounced as “fringe” and is a misguided approach to manage the Covid-19 pandemic. Covid-19 would be permitted to spread through the young and relatively healthy population while the elderly and people with pre-existing health conditions would follow public health guidance to prevent them from contracting the disease. The document calls for a return to schools, workplaces, and normal pre-pandemic routines as a means of allowing the virus to spread at “natural” rates. (3)

The declaration does not mention the public wearing face coverings or adhering to social distancing guidelines, nor does it outline how society would segregate elderly and medically vulnerable people from young and relatively healthy people who are urged to go about their regular routines. Dr. Francis Collins of the IHM warns the document will be “a justification for skipping wearing masks or social distancing and just doing whatever they damn well please.” Dr. Anthony Fauci said, “Anybody who knows anything about epidemiology will tell you that is nonsense and very dangerous because what will happen is that if you do that, by the time you get to herd immunity, you have killed a lot of people that would have been avoidable.” (4)

The declaration promoting herd immunity came after Trump was rushed to the hospital for the virus and recovered. He now thinks he is immune, an idea that has been disproven. By forcing much of the population to return to normal routines amid the pandemic, adherence to the declaration could save the president’s reelection bid and Republican-dominated Senate from having to consider how to provide aid to businesses that are forced to close or unemployed workers which have been laid off.

Trump also believes it would rid America of people living in highly populated, Democratic-controlled areas, clearing the way for him and Republicans to remain in power indefinitely.

Apocalyptic and Evil

The Lafferty brothers are still in jail but feel no remorse for their crime. Krakauer discovered that they still believed they were fulfilling a mission from God which could not be considered a crime. “It’s never haunted me, it’s never bothered me,” said Dan. According to Krakauer, “Dan did not believe he will ever be executed for his crime; rather; he believes the walls will crumble and he will emerge as the biblical prophet of Elijah, announcing the second coming of Christ.” There was something else: the two brothers felt virtuous persecuting and killing others, and then by being persecuted by the federal government and authorities. For them, it was a badge of honor to suffer as Jesus did and be victimized by an ungodly world.

One can see similar traits with Trump. In addition to being a messianic pretender, going as far as to say there is only one person more popular than he is-Jesus, his malignant, narcissistic and sadistic tendencies are evident with how he destroys opponents, specifically outsiders like liberals and Democrats.

Nor can he admit being wrong, viewing his presidency as a divine mission.

Something else he propagates is apocalypticism, manipulating followers into believing if he does not get reelected America will be destroyed. And then there is the “Great Barrington Declaration” that is similar to the “removal revelation.” Without a vaccine, thousands will be sacrificed and killed.

Like the Lafferty brothers, it may be time to finally label Donald Trump’s traits and his mission as “evil” before more Americans are sacrificed to his apocalyptic death cult.
