Lewis Capaldi Soars Through ‘Before You Go’ at 2020 MTV Video Music Awards Pre-Show

Lewis Capaldi serenaded everyone from afar at the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards pre-show.

Bathed in red lighting, the singer-songwriter brought to life “Before You Go.” His soaring vocals owned the stage, which he shared with a only a pianist ahead of Sunday’s awards show.

Chloe x Halle, Jack Harlow, Tate McRae and Machine Gun Kelly also made appearances on the pre-show.

The VMAs begin at 8 p.m. ET Sunday night (Aug. 30), airing live from different outdoor locations in New York City.
