NBA Won't Reopen Practice Facilities Before May 8th

The NBA has informed all 30 teams that it is targeting no earlier than May 8th for any use of team's practice facilities.

The NBA will continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic for appropriate timings.

Lockdowns are being lifted in some areas, but there are questions of competitive balance with teams being allowed to resume actives before others.
