It's Britney [Spears]'s birthday, bi---! The pop princess turns 38 today (Dec. 2), and no one knows how to celebrate her better than her sister Jamie Lynn Spears and her boyfriend Sam Asghari.
The younger Spears shared a trio of throwback pics on Instagram, showing her following in her sister's footsteps (or hairstyles). "when Britney got a perm, well I had to have one too (as pictured above)," she captioned the carousel of images. "Some things never change. Always looking up to you. Happy Birthday to my sister."
Asghari also took the comedic route with his birthday tribute, name-checking her 2008 smash hit "Break The Ice." He shared a hilarious video of the two ice skating to her song while he's repeatedly shown landing on his butt.
"We live, we laugh, we argue, and most of all we LOVE. There’s a reason why the world fell in love with you! You might be the princess of pop but mostly you’re my princess," he wrote for the post. "Biggest Happy Birthday to you @britneyspears, My Ass still hurts from falling and breaking the ice. you get it? #breaktheice."
