Spencer Dinwiddie will meet with NBA officials on Monday as he seeks league approval over his plans to convert his contract into a digital investment vehicle, he told Marc Stein of The New York Times.

The NBA previously stated that Dinwiddie's plan violates terms in the C.B.A.

Dinwiddie said that he will go through with his plan with or without league approval.
