Concertgoers in the audience of Saturday night's We Can Survive concert at the Hollywood Bowl got a standout five-song closing set from Taylor Swift, but they heard a little bit of "Lover" before she even took the stage -- courtesy of Halsey.
Halsey, a surprise guest performer earlier in the evening on Oct. 19, took a moment to rave about Swift's latest album and belt out the title track's chorus herself.
“I've got to be honest with you guys," she said at the show, which was put on in support of the American Cancer Society. "The whole new album is my shower music. It’s really insane. I think that my assistant has like 100 videos from outside the door where I’m in the shower just like, 'You’re my, my, my, my lover.' It’s so good."
"She’s definitely an artist that I would absolutely love to collaborate [with] at some point," Halsey added.
Check out a clip of her short and sweet cover of "Lover" below.
