Backstreet Boys' Nick Carter Welcomes Second Baby Girl
Nick Carter and Lauren Kitt welcomed a healthy baby girl Wednesday. Carter tweeted that the couple’s second child is “the most beautiful gift a Father and Mother could ever ask for.”
He continued, “We are overjoyed to announce that we welcomed into our family and this world a healthy beautiful baby girl. She came back to us. God is real!! #family #rainbowbaby #battleborn.”

As indicated by Carter's #rainbowbaby hashtag, the couple's new baby girl was born following a miscarriage last year.
In September 2018, the ex-Backstreet Boys member shared news of Kitt’s miscarriage, tweeting, “God gave us peace during this time. I really was looking forward to meeting her after 3 months. I’m heart broken.” Kitt also opened up about her pregnancy loss on Instagram during International Women’s Day this year on March 3 -- which was also supposed to be the baby’s due date. “I thought I’d share with you all an often shameful subject that we as Women and Parents suffer in silence. Shameful because as a woman I am supposed to create life and when failing to do so feels like failure as a human,” she wrote on Instagram. “I accept circumstances out of our control and I’ve moved on from my losses, days like today remind me just how fortunate I am to have a healthy child and how BADASS women are, how much we endure with a smile on our face.”
Both parents have yet to reveal pictures of their new baby girl or her name.
