Blink-182 Drops New Album 'Nine': Stream It Now
Just two months after announcing their latest studio album, Nine, Blink-182 officially unveiled the project on Friday (Sept. 20).
The 16-track album features previously released tunes "I Really Wish I Hated You," "Darkside," "Happy Days," "Generational Divide" and "Blame It On My Youth." It's the band's first offering since 2016's California, which hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
The trio are currently touring North America in celebration of the 20th anniversary of their iconic 1999 album Enema of the State. The tour features Lil Wayne and Neck Deep, and will wrap up in October.
A few days prior to Nine's release, Mark Hoppus shared some inspiration on Twitter, with a message on "the power of music." "Words we wrote in a garage or studio or an idea scribbled down in the middle of the night, or written in the depths of self-doubt or despair," he wrote. "To sing songs and have those songs sung back to us. A shared experience between everyone. It's amazing to see you smiling and laughing."
